이런 기사올리면 또 애플깐다고... 아니면 삼성알바라 말하는 사람 있겠지...

Switzerland's Schweizerische Bundesbahnen, or Swiss Federal Railway service, has accused Apple of using their iconic clock in its Clock app for iPad without permission, according to a report in the Swiss newspaper Blick [Google Translate].

Looks like a copy to me.

LOL oops. Cash will be exchanging hands to sweep this under the rug..
There's really no dispute here, but c'mon, a clock face? Are we going to start accusing Maxis of copying Sherwin-Williams' wallpaper because there's a similar shade of blue in the Sims?
Looks like the clocks we had in school, just missing the numbers.
The Apple clock certainly is not as accurate as the Swiss clock.
I have that wrist watch. I love that they used it and i love the icon bring it to the iphone please!

it's obviously different. all three hands are pointing in different directions. the railway clock reads 12:40, while the iPad clock reads 9:38. case closed.
Whats next-Samsung saying Apple copied their phones

On the serious side: did Apple really thought that nobody will find out this 'original' design? Really?

Those are way different. One clearly says the time 9:38 while the other one says the time is 12:40.

Nah, the logo just above the 6pm mark is missing. The similarity is totally coincidental.
