So when Rome started designing the two models in their new
Binding Technologies Division, making the bindings super
customizable was one of the main design objectives.  
Both the Targa and the 390 maximize Rider Customization.
The ConFormist Toe Straps in one way the Design House brings
new levels of customization to bindings.  The straps let
riders locate their toe strap in multiple positions on
their boots:  anywhere from over-the-boot to over-the-toe.  
In the over-the-toe position, Rome ConFormist toe straps self-adjust
to the toe profile of all boot brands and models in the market.
