오늘 비발디파크에서 뒤에서 스키어분에게 박혔는데요..
저는 최상급을 내려오다가. 초심자쪽에서 속도를 줄이구. 제일 가장자리부분에서 뒤를보면서
바인딩체크하는친구를 기다리고있었습니다.
그런데 위에서 엄청난속도로.. 스키어분이 내려오시는거에요 제쪽으로 설마 오겟나 싶어서
계속보고있는데 그 분이 턴을 하시는데 한쪽발이 들리시드라구요..(턴이 안되는상황)
스키에 찍힐거 같구 큰일이겟다 싶어서. 스키를 피하려구 점프를해서 스키에는 안찍히구
그분이랑 부딪혀서. 저는 허리가 조금 틀리고 어깨에 좀 심한 통증이 있었거든요..
그이후 저림 증상두 있고 목도 약간 삔거 같구요.. 내일 일어나봐야 될거같아요.
사고가 나구 그분한테 사고경위를 여쭤보니깐. 내려오다가. 안경에 김이 서려서 앞을 못봐서
부딪혔다구 하더라고요 그래서 전화번호 받구 내일 연락한다고 하고 헤어졌는데.
그리구 한 30분뒤쯤 전화 오더니. 서로 잘못있는거 아니냐고 치료비를 못 물어주겟다는 식으로 얘기하드라구요
어떻게 대처해야할지 몰라서 일단 내일 얘기하자고 하고 끊었구요.
이런 경우 어떻게 해야하나요??
내일 일어나서 괜찮으면 그냥 물리치료비 교통비.. 등.. 해서 한 2~30만원 정도 받을려구 했는데
이런 상황보니깐 안될거도 같아서요..
이럴땐 병원가서 진단서 끈어서 해야하나요??
어떤 절차를 밟아봐야되는건가요?ㅠㅠ
사고 경위서 없고 증인이 없으면 민사로 가두 힘듭니다...
민사로 갈시... 소를 제기하시분이... 모든것을 밝히 셔야 하는데...
쉽지 않습니다... 사고나자 마자 증인과 경위서 작성을 하셔야 할듯... 의무실에 가서;;

슬롭 가운데 앉아있는것도 아니고.. 가장자리에 슬롭 상단쪽을 바라보면서 계신분을
자기가 속도 제어못해서 박은걸 서로 잘못이 있다니요??????
이거 그냥넘어가지마시고 그냥 병원에 입원해버리세요. 아주 개념을 쌈싸먹었네요.
합의하지마시고 병원에 가셔서 검사란 검사 다받으시고 치료도 다 받으세요.
안경에 김서린것도 전적으로 본인 관리실수 입니다.
의무실에 사고경위서도 받아놓으시고 패트롤분한테 상황에 대하여 설명된 문서같은것두 받으시면 좋으실 겁니다.
