6월14일에 구매하고 카드 결제가지 정상적으로 했는데 배송이 안되더라구요.

작년에 시에라일때는 신분증을 스캔해서 보내라는 절차가 없었는데 이번에는 보내라고 하네요.

이거 여권을 스캔해서 보내도 되는건지 궁금합니다.

요즘 trusnow.com에서 이렇게 하나요? 절차가 잘못되어서 그런건지.
