Purchase Prepaid Baggage if you intend to bring checked baggage to save time and money during check-in. If you are bringing sports equipment, consider purchasing our Sports Equipment product as well.

Check-in online to avoid the line! Try our web check-in service which is available 48 up to 4 hours before your flight departure.
Don’t forget to bring a valid photo-ID on the day of your travel. You need to present this to airport security and upon check-in. The name in the photo-ID should match the guest name that was entered upon booking. Failure to present a valid photo-ID will result in your being refused check-in.
For travel within the Philippines, check-in counters open two (2) hours before departure time. For international travel, check-in counters open three (3) hours before departure time. We strictly close our counters forty five (45) minutes before departure time. We will no longer allow you to check-in beyond this time.
You are responsible in ensuring compliance with the immigration, custom or other legal requirements of the countries you have flown from, or will fly into or over. Kindly ensure that you possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity from the date of your departure and the applicable valid visas. You must also have a return or onward ticket and must be able to satisfactorily prove upon request sufficient means of financial support during your stay in the country of your destination.
We are strictly a point-to-point carrier and shall not be responsible for any connecting flight arrangement which you may choose to make. Please plan any connecting flights accordingly.
For web and Call Center transactions, all guests (other than those exempted from paying travel tax), departing from the Philippines to international sectors shall pay the Philippine travel tax amounting to PhP1,620 at the respective airport in the Philippines prior to departure.
Guests named in the attached Itinerary Receipt who used as payment the amount in a single Travel Fund arising from a prior Itinerary Receipt with multiple guests will be presumed to have obtained authority from the other named guests. In case of dispute, the above-named guest will be liable to the airline for all costs incurred.
We strongly advise that you do not bring valuable and fragile items as checked baggage. If you check them in, you are agreeing to send such items at your own risk.
Our liabilities to you are limited. It is therefore recommended that you purchase TravelSure insurance.
